All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

Typical delivery estimates are:

Shipping Costs

From time to time, Open Up may offer free shipping on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order leaves our fulfillment facility.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.


International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Open Up is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing afterward. Customers should contact the carrier and local authorities if package theft is suspected.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the shipping packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution.
